What you need to succeed A cleared valid for paid work, Working With Children Check (WWCC) Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable) Strong understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, and what “quality” really looks like in OSHC You meet the requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor , or you are keen to get there and take that responsibility seriously. And if you’re up for it you’re keen to grow even more! Maybe even dive into further study like a Cert IV in School Age Education and Care , so you can truly rock your 5 to 12 child development knowledge and take your OSHC game to the next level!
